AI sales agent for social commerce
CartConverta keeps interested shoppers moving with timely, contextual follow-ups—sharing approved social proof, relevant benefits, and product recommendations without sounding like a reminder bot.

A generic “just checking in” rarely changes a buying decision. A useful benefit, the right product photo, or genuine social proof just might.
CartConverta remembers the conversation, waits for an appropriate moment, and chooses a relevant next step. If the shopper replies, opts out, reaches the follow-up limit, or needs a person, automation stops or hands over.

The human-like follow-up engine
Every sent message creates a new decision point. CartConverta checks what happened, considers the customer’s context, and decides whether to follow up, wait longer, hand over, or stop.
Use the conversation, delivery state, store knowledge, and customer response—not a fixed drip sequence.
Share an approved benefit, genuine social proof, useful product media, or a better recommendation.
Respect opt-outs, messaging windows, pending questions, follow-up limits, and human takeover.
From interest to decision
The follow-up is not a separate campaign. It is the next thoughtful move in the same conversation, grounded in what the shopper already said.
Read the shopper’s question, interest, objections, and the product context already discussed.
Use your catalog, approved benefits, store policies, and media instead of vague sales language.
Schedule a new check-in and use response or delivery context to decide whether patience or action makes more sense.
Take the next permitted action, then repeat the decision loop without exceeding the store’s boundaries.
Persuasion with boundaries
CartConverta can make a persuasive case using approved benefits and social proof, but it cannot invent claims or follow up forever. Opt-outs, messaging windows, follow-up limits, pending questions, and human takeover remain enforced outside the model.

Product direction
A natural next capability
CartConverta already uses vision during product import to understand product images. A logical next extension is customer-sent image understanding: analyze what the shopper shared, determine what they need, pull relevant store context, and either answer or hand over.
Customer-image understanding is a direction we are considering, not a live messaging feature being promised today.
Before you connect
CartConverta supports Facebook Messenger and Instagram messaging for eligible business accounts connected through Meta’s official login flow.
After a customer-facing message, CartConverta schedules another decision point. It reviews the conversation context and store rules, then decides whether to send a helpful follow-up, wait, stop, or hand the conversation to a person.
Depending on the conversation and the store’s approved content, a follow-up can use product benefits, genuine social proof, useful media, product recommendations, or a clarifying question.
Not as a live customer-messaging feature today. CartConverta currently uses vision during product import; extending that capability to customer-sent images is a product direction we are considering.
Yes. Store operators can pause automation, review the conversation history, and take over when a person should handle the exchange.
No. CartConverta requests the access needed to provide connected messaging services; it does not request access to manage ads or publish social content.
